King’s first album for the Stax label combines his hard, unflashy guitar playing with the sleek sound of the label’s house band, Booker T. and the MG’s. Hits such as Crosscut Saw and Laundromat Blues earned King a new rock & roll audience. Mott were a hard-rock band with a Dylan fixation until David Bowie got ahold of them. He penned the androgyne title track and had them cover Lou Reed‘s Sweet Jane. Mott would sound more soulful but never more sexy or glittery. Coldplay churn out bighearted British guitar rock on their second album – what Chris Martin aptly called "emotion that can make you feel sad while you're moving your legs.

Uncredited cover of "Calypso Blues" which was written by Don George (lyrics) and Nat King Cole (music) and was first recorded and released by Cole in 1949.
Wow, this is so sick, heaviest record on Queen Constance for sure, love the dubbed out production. WANT! Looks like this is a version of "Why-O" by Beryl Cunningham
Original is by Nat King Cole https://www.discogs.com/Nat-King-Cole-Calypso-Blues-Lost-April/release/5916006 I wasn't aware of the Beryl Cunningham version, sounds an interesting cover, thanks for pointing it out.
