Mosquitoes - Air album
In cryptography, MOSQUITO was a stream cipher algorithm designed by Joan Daemen and Paris Kitsos. It was submitted to the eSTREAM Project of the eCRYPT network. After the initial design was broken by Joux and Muller, a tweaked version named MOUSTIQUE was proposed which made it to Phase 3 of the eSTREAM evaluation process as the only self-synchronizing cipher remaining.

Air conditioning dries the air, Mosquitoes seek out moist locations. Usually Air conditioning requires doors closed. Mosquitoes thus find it hard to enter the home. A breeze blows carbon dioxide around, thus making it hard for mosquitoes to identify the source. Mosquitoes find bodies to bite when they detect a current of air containing the CO2 and odorants that mark a warm-blooded body. They fly into the current until they reach the source of the odors. If you are in an air-conditioned room 1) The air is circulating and the mosquitoes will have a hard time pinpointing your location.

Mosquitoes in the air Fly in the light of day; They carry their needles To suck blood from their prey. Mosquitoes in the air Glide in the dark of night; They bring noise to the ears, Inviting anyone for a fight. Mosquitoes in the air Make the slumber sour; The sweet sleep is broken, Because of their buzzer. Mosquitoes in the air Are threats in some cases; For they are principal vectors Of many serious diseases. Protect your skin from the bite, Be vigilant and beware; Clap your hands to fight The mosquitoes in the air. by Bernard F. Asuncion. Other poems of ASUNCION (9557).

Usually both male and female mosquitoes feed on nectar and plant juices. In many species the mouthparts of the females are adapted for piercing the skin of animal hosts and sucking their blood as ectoparasites. In many species, the female needs to get proteins from a blood meal before she can produce eggs. In many other species, she can produce more eggs after a blood meal. They lay their eggs in pools of water. The larvae move around near the surface of the water, breathing through air tubes that stick out of the water
