Composer: Maurice Ravel, Leonard Bernstein. Audio CD (October 25, 1990). That said that recordings are wonderful despite being a little low on volume. La Valse with the New York Philharmonic is especially beautiful and magical. The opening two mists nearly come out of the mists of France of the past. Bernstein and the delicate playing of New York is a great treat. A great disc if you can get one and do get one before they are gone.
