Sharon O'Neill is the second studio album by New Zealand singer and songwriter Sharon O'Neill. Sharon O'Neill peaked at No. 5 in New Zealand in March 1980. The album was released in Australia in August 1980 under the titled Words, with the inclusion of "How Do You Talk to Boys". CBS Records' manager John McCready recruited US producer Jay Lewis to work on the album. McCready recalls, Jay with his brilliant production managed to enhance Sharon’s wonderful songs.
