Gary Numan - Gary Numan album
Sacrifice is the twelfth solo studio album by English musician Gary Numan, released in October 1994 by Numa Records. Its release followed a self-acknowledged career low point, Machine + Soul (1992), and is often cited as marking the start of a critical and artistic rejuvenation for the one-time pop star. The album was released in the US in 1997 with a different cover by Joseph Michael Linsner, and a new title, Dawn, based on the comic book character of the same name, but the track listing was identical.
Human is a 1995 instrumental album released by British musician Gary Numan and music producer Michael R. Smith. It consists of 36 tracks from the 75 that had been written for, but were largely unused in, the low-budget 1991 on movie The Unborn. Numan recorded the music when he was signed with IRS Records, but that label refused to release it (ironically, in 1988, IRS asked Numan to record an instrumental album to be titled No Speak)

March 20, 2019 Gary Numan. In a few days I will finally be ready to launch my first Making Music campaign. As you may know, with Savage, fans were able to witness the progress of the album from day 1 to the finished article via my Pledge Music campaign and the updates, either video, audio or text, that were a regular part of it. That witnessing, that inside look at what it takes to make an album like Savage, seemed to be a very successful and popular experience, for most people that took part anyway. So, I’m going to do something similar, even better hopefully, with the next album

Numan was born Gary Anthony James Webb on March 8, 1958, in the West London section of Hammersmith. A shy child, music brought him out of his shell; he began playing guitar in his early teens and played in several short-lived bands. Inspired by the amateurism of the punk movement, he joined a punk group called the Lasers in 1976. The album reached the . Top 20 and Numan embarked on a worldwide tour to support the release throughout 2014. The following year he started writing his 21st studio album and set about funding the album via fan pledges, with the fund amount exceeding its target. Focusing on the album and his personal life in 2016, Numan also found time to collaborate with Jean-Michel Jarre on his album, Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise. That same year he was also awarded the Moog Innovation award as well as the Ivor Novello award for inspiration.
