Small Town is a live album by Bill Frisell and Thomas Morgan recorded at the Village Vanguard in 2016 and released on the ECM label the following year. It was Frisell's first album for the label since 1987's Lookout for Hope.

A bedroom project started by Jakub Spiszak in late 2014 now in a transformed form as a young slovak garage band Small Town Life. The band melts it's garage rock core with the heaviness of bands such as Black Sabbath, shifts the lyrics between both Joy Divison and "Love Me Do" and sometimes brings up some pop brightness of the harmony-driven Beatles. The current formation is active since February 2017. The group played it's first gig in May 2017.

Small Town Life SK. Pohoda 2019 will feature a young punk quartet from Šaľa, Small Town Life, who will play in the Garage. Their music is influenced by the 90’s dirt, following the example of garage groups such as Bass Drum of Death or Ty Segall and a new British punk wave. The band released their debut EP in 2017, played about 40 concerts, including the United Islands of Prague Festival, as well as opening for bands such as Repetitor (SRB) and Soviet Soviet (IT). Two of its members (Jakub and Tomáš) are also part of the band Our Stories, which has had great gigs at Pohoda and Eusosonic
