Keith Everett - Don't You Know album
10000 guitars wailin' But it ain't quite the same You've got a knack for sailin' And it's stamped with your own brand name We's all sailors, as captain you must know You bring a message to millions Says Keith don't go. I said Keith don't go Don't take my fun Keith don't go Keith don't go. We miss our father Jimi It's hard to breathe with that loss But I still got you brother Don't nail yourself to a cross I watch you lead the pack You put the drive into my soul You bring a message to millions Says Keith don't go I said Keith.
Everett's family has been an inspiration to him, . . Following the EELS' tour accompanying their eleventh studio album, The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett, Everett took a break from music. During this period, he met a Scottish woman employed in the film industry, whom he ended up marrying. At the age of 54, Everett became a father for the first time, his then-wife having given birth to their son, Archie McGregor Everett.
I don't want to know I don't want to know. Your eyes were covered in sunglasses When they first met mine I sat there and stared at you You didn't seem to mind The awkward ways we meet. First comes heavy breathing Staring at the ceiling What will happen next I don't want to know I don't want to know. I never cared how I dressed before But I cared that night Anticipation ran through my bones And my clothes never fit right I can't wait 'til we meet again.
