The album, which was co-produced by Jean and long-time collaborator Jerry 'Wonda' Duplessis, combines elements of Hip hop, Reggae and Reggae fusion, and uses a number of samples, including the Motown-inspired "Industry", which samples "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted".
